Candles Perfume Oils & Reed Diffusers
How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are crafted for a long, even burn. Depending on the size, you can expect approximately 35–50 hours of burn time. For best results, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use and allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
How long does the Perfume Oil Last?
Our perfume oils contain 40% concentrated fragrance oils which create a long lasting aroma experience. We comply with the International Fragrance Association Standards to formulate our oils to assure the best quality for our customers.
How long do reed diffusers last?
Our reed diffusers typically last 2-3 months depending on the number of reeds used, use of provided flower reed and airflow in the room. Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the scent. Using more reeds will intensify the fragrance but may shorten the overall life of the diffuser. The flower reed requires no flipping but will shorten the life of the diffuser.
How do I care for my candle?
To get the most out of your candle:
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn.
- Burn for at least 2 hours on the first use to create an even melt pool.
- Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
- Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.
Are your products soy-based or alcohol-free?
Yes! Our candles are made with 100% eco- friendly soy wax, which burns cleaner and longer than paraffin. Our reed diffuser oils are alcohol-free and formulated with non-toxic ingredients, making them a great choice for homes with children or pets.
How strong are the scents, and how much space will they fill?
Our fragrances are designed to be noticeable without being overwhelming — a true spa-inspired experience. A single 6.5oz ot 10 oz candle or diffuser is ideal for small to medium rooms (up to ~300 sq ft). For larger open spaces, we recommend using our large 17.5 oz candle or two units placing them in a central location for maximum coverage.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 applied at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an opened perfume fragrance oil product?
Due to health protocols we are unable to accept returns on opened or used perfume products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will ship our a replacement.
What if I received the wrong item or my order is damaged?
We're so sorry! Please reach out to us at our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Yes! We offer refill options for our perfume oils and reed diffusers so you can keep enjoying your favorite scents without buying a whole new set. Browse our refill collection in the shop, or contact us if you need help finding the right refill for your perfume oil or diffuser.
How do I reorder my favorite scent?
Simply search for your scent by name in our store, or browse by collection. If a scent you love is out of stock, use the "Notify Me" option on the product page and we'll email you as soon as it's back.
